kasher some chicken livers and chop boil potatoes (and eat the skins!) sauté chopped onions w/ the liver
knead mashed potatoes, eggs, flour... to form a soft dough roll thin and cut into squares
fold dough over the liver filling and seal boil in salted water untill the kreplach rise drain
   
  eat!
